Digital Products & Refund Policy
All template purchases are final sale. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available under any circumstances. Please carefully review template demos and details prior to purchase to ensure the product is a good fit for your needs.
Showit Subscription Requirement
All templates are designed exclusively for the Showit platform. A paid Showit subscription is required. You must also secure your own domain to publish your website live. The Seller is not responsible for Showit’s subscription fees, hosting, storage, outages, or any technical limitations. Please review Showit’s Terms of Service for details.
License of Use
Each purchase provides a single-use license for personal use on one website only. One purchase = one license = one website on your Showit account. Templates may not be shared, duplicated, transferred, or used for multiple clients or projects without purchasing additional licenses. Redistribution, resale, or offering templates as part of a paid service or package is strictly prohibited.
Designers & Client Work
Designers may purchase templates as a foundation for client work, but: A separate license must be purchased for each client website. Templates may not be shared with clients unless properly licensed. Any use outside of a one-license-per-client arrangement violates these terms.
Intellectual Property & Credit
All templates remain the intellectual property of Rosetta Lane Design. You are free to customize the template for your brand or business, but you may not claim authorship of the original design. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged in any way. The Seller reserves the right to request design credit (“Template by Rosetta Lane Design”) remain in the footer unless otherwise agreed.
Content, Fonts & Images
Demo images, graphics, and fonts included in templates are for demo purposes only. The Client is responsible for ensuring proper licensing of all fonts, images, and other media they use in their final website. Rosetta Lane Design does not guarantee that third-party images or fonts used in demos will remain free or available in the future.
Compatibility & Updates
Templates are built and tested for use with the current version of Showit and major web browsers. The Seller cannot guarantee flawless performance with future Showit updates or third-party plugins. Any modifications to the template made outside of the provided customization features are at the Client’s own risk.
Technical Support
The Seller provides support for issues directly related to the template itself. The Seller does not provide general Showit platform support or resolve issues unrelated to the purchased template. For platform-related questions, the Client should contact Showit Support.
Payment, Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. No retroactive discounts or refunds will be applied to prior purchases. If payment plans are offered, the Client agrees to complete the plan in full. Failure to make payments may result in license termination and collection actions for outstanding balances.
Delivery of Products
All products are delivered digitally via email and/or download link immediately after purchase. It is the Client’s responsibility to download, save, and back up digital files upon delivery. The Seller is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misplaced files after delivery.
Promotional Use License
By purchasing, the Client grants the Seller permission to showcase non-confidential representations of the purchased template (such as demo layouts or screenshots of the template design) for marketing purposes on the Seller’s website, social media, or promotional materials. The Client’s own content will never be used without explicit permission.
Disclaimer of Liability
Rosetta Lane Design is not responsible for: Any loss of revenue, business interruptions, or outcomes from template use. Issues related to Showit, third-party apps, hosting, or domains. Client’s misuse, improper customization, or failure to maintain valid licenses for fonts, images, or integrations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of those courts.
Agreement
By purchasing a digital product from Rosetta Lane Design, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
