Digital Nature of Products
All products sold by Rosetta Lane Design are digital in nature and delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped. Access is provided immediately upon purchase.
Final Sale & Refund Policy
Due to the instant delivery and copyable nature of digital files: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances. Please carefully review template demos and descriptions prior to purchase.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. No retroactive discounts or price adjustments will be applied. If a sale or promotion occurs after your purchase, you are not entitled to a partial refund.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered and selected: You are legally responsible for completing the full payment plan. Missed or late payments may result in: suspension of access to your template, revocation of your license, and/or collection of outstanding balances through legal remedies. Any late payments may incur interest, fees, or attorney’s costs associated with collection.
SECTION 2 — LICENSE OF USE
Single-Use License
One purchase = one license = one website. Templates are licensed, not sold, and remain the intellectual property of Rosetta Lane Design. The license is granted exclusively to the purchaser for use on their own Showit account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not: Share, resell, duplicate, or redistribute the template in any form. Use the template for multiple clients, businesses, or projects without purchasing additional licenses. Claim the template design as your own original creation.
Designers and Client Work
If you are a designer: You may use a template for client work only if a separate license is purchased for each client. Providing unlicensed templates to clients is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 3 — PLATFORM COMPATIBILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Showit Platform Requirement
Templates are designed exclusively for Showit. You must maintain an active Showit subscription and purchase your own domain name to publish your site live. Rosetta Lane Design is not responsible for Showit’s terms, pricing, downtime, or platform changes.
Delivery of Files
Templates and products are delivered via digital download or email link. The Client is solely responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up all files. Rosetta Lane Design is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misplaced files once delivered.
SECTION 4 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Ownership
All templates, website designs, copy, graphics, code, and related intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of Rosetta Lane Design.
Permitted Customization
You may edit, customize, and brand your purchased template to suit your business. However: You may not claim authorship of the original template design. All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Rosetta Lane Design.
Enforcement
Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale of templates may result in license revocation, legal action, and liability for damages.
SECTION 5 — DEMO CONTENT, MEDIA & FONTS
Demo Assets
Any images, fonts, graphics, or written copy included in demo templates are for illustrative purposes only.
Responsibility for Licensing
The Client is responsible for securing licenses for all fonts, stock images, or other media used on their final website.
SECTION 6 — DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
No Results Guarantee
Rosetta Lane Design makes no guarantee that use of templates will result in increased revenue, traffic, or business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Rosetta Lane Design is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, business interruptions, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
SECTION 7 — SUPPORT & UPDATES
Template Support
Support is provided for template-related issues only. General Showit platform support is provided by Showit directly.
Compatibility with Future Updates
While templates are tested on current versions of Showit and major browsers, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all future software updates.
SECTION 8 — PRIVACY POLICY
Information We Collect
When you purchase or interact with our Site, we may collect: Personal information (name, email, billing address, payment details). Technical data (IP address, browser type, device). Usage data (pages visited, time on site).

SECTION 10 — FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, platform downtime, or acts of government.
SECTION 11 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire contract between you and Rosetta Lane Design. No other promises, representations, or understandings shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
